Chief Experience Officer

Beckwith is our Chief Experience Officer at Relay, where she is responsible for executing programs that exceed client expectations. Most recently, Beckwith served as Associate Vice President, Client Services for Bracket, where she led a global delivery team in the US, UK, Czech Republic and Japan. Bracket delivers customized software solutions for clinical research, seamlessly leveraging science, technology, and operational excellence. Clients include top pharmaceutical companies (10 of 10), contract research organizations (CROs), and small biotech firms. During Beckwith’s tenure, the company grew from 20 to more than 600 people. In 2013, Bracket was acquired by Parthenon Capital Partners, a private equity firm.

Prior to her role at Bracket, Beckwith built two successful start-ups with Mike and Kass Lazerow of Lazerow Ventures. Founded in 1999, GolfServ was a plucky internet start-up sold to Time Inc. for an 800% return for investors. Beckwith served on the Executive Leadership Team, collaborating with the CEO, COO, and CTO to build the business. Founded in 1996 in a college dorm room, U-Wire was acquired by Student Advantage, the premier media/marketing company in the college market with $80M+ in annual revenues. Beckwith built U-Wire's client base during the start-up phase, signing partnerships with Universities.

Beckwith holds an M.A. in Dispute Resolution from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a B.S. in Communication from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
