Relay and BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina to speak at Health Plan Marketing Summit

Steve Gillin, President and co-founder of secure customer messaging company Relay Network (Relay) and Vicki Whichard, CCXP, Customer Experience Officer at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, will present at the 8th Annual World Congress Health Plan Marketing Summit taking place March 8-9 in Orlando, FL. 

The Health Plan Marketing Summit brings together marketing, strategy, and innovation professionals from across the health insurance industry to discuss trends in consumerism and marketing strategy.

In a session titled, “Create Your Own Customer Communication Channel – The Next Big Thing in Health Care”, Gillin will discuss the innovative approach taken by leading healthcare companies to leverage new technologies to connect and engage with customers on their own secure messaging space.

The session will also include a presentation by Whichard, who will share how BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina implemented their “connected customer” model, BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina Wire®, and the results they’re seeing after just a few months in market.


The session will take place Tuesday, March 8 from 2:25-3:05 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando.
